What do you need to start this course?
To successfully start learning German and to arrive at an A2 level, it’s helpful to meet certain prerequisites. No prior knowledge of the language is required, as the A1-2 course is designed for complete beginners. However, to get the most out of the course, here are some recommendations:
- Motivation and Commitment: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Personal motivation will facilitate your progress and help you overcome initial challenges.
- Basic Language Knowledge: While you don’t need to know other languages, an understanding of fundamental language principles (like basic grammar) can be advantageous. Previous experience in learning foreign languages can also be beneficial.
- Mastery of the Latin Alphabet: Knowledge and mastery of the Latin alphabet are necessary, as German uses this alphabet. You should be able to read and write using this alphabet to follow the lessons and practice the language effectively.
